RRB Partners has developed many projects all around the Southeastern United States over the last three decades. The strongest testament to the company’s lasting impact over the years are the countless retail stores, shopping centers, and condominium towers that dot the landscape of those areas. Likewise, these successful projects have provided tremendous returns for investors throughout this time.
Beau Blackerby has served as President since its inception in 2012. After receiving his MBA from Rollins College in 2010, he began laying the groundwork for a commercial real estate development and investment firm. RRB Partners is currently involved in several of the most exciting projects in the Florida market, including a 200,000 square foot retail development in the heart of Panama City, FL and a high rise upscale condominium development in St. Petersburg, Fl.
Mr. Blackerby’s experience extends into government contracts, community development projects through the MDA, and oversight of government office building construction for Gulf Power and the city of Panama City.
Prior to serving as President of RRB Partners , Mr. Blackerby served as Director of Operations for Magnum Capital in Panama City Beach, FL from 2007 to 2010.
Robert E. Blackerby
Always a self starter, Robert E. Blackerby entered the commercial real estate industry by going into business for himself in 1981. He initially began representing tenants such as Lanier and Safelite and traveled the southeastern United States identifying locations and developing sites for those tenants. During this time he was able to familiarize himself with the southeastern markets which greatly contributed to his success as a developer.
Approximately 30 years ago he began developing Eckerd Drug Stores and developed and opened stores throughout the southeastern region. Later he forged a relationship with Publix Supermarkets and began to develop grocery anchored power centers in the state of Florida; with the most recent 110,000 square foot Publix located in Tallahassee.
Robert has also been involved with several hotel developments, including Red Roof Inns, and Marriott Courtyards. He also spearheaded several condominium projects; Calypso Towers, in Panama City Beach, FL and Paradise Shores in Mexico Beach, FL. At completion these projects contained nearly 1000 condo units between them as well as retail, office and restaurant facilities.
His entrepreneurial spirit brings both vision and energy to all of his endeavors with his strong leadership qualities, excellent negotiation skills, forward thinking and ability to forge strong interpersonal relationships with tenants, partners and employees.
