Beau Blackerby
President
Beau Blackerby has served as President since its inception in 2012. After receiving his MBA from Rollins College in 2010, he began laying the groundwork for a commercial real estate development and investment firm. RRB Partners is currently involved in several of the most exciting projects in the Florida market, including a 200,000 square foot retail development in the heart of Panama City, FL and a high rise upscale condominium development in St. Petersburg, Fl.
Mr. Blackerby’s experience extends into government contracts, community development projects through the MDA, and oversight of government office building construction for Gulf Power and the city of Panama City.
Prior to serving as President of RRB Partners , Mr. Blackerby served as Director of Operations for Magnum Capital in Panama City Beach, FL from 2007 to 2010.
Beau was also nominated and selected as an honoree in 2022 for the Orlando Business Journal's 40 Under 40 prestigious program.
Robert E. Blackerby
Chairman
Always a self starter, Robert E. Blackerby entered the commercial real estate industry by going into business for himself in 1981. He initially began representing tenants such as Lanier and Safelite and traveled the southeastern United States identifying locations and developing sites for those tenants. During this time he was able to familiarize himself with the southeastern markets which greatly contributed to his success as a developer.
Approximately 30 years ago he began developing Eckerd Drug Stores and developed and opened stores throughout the southeastern region. Later he forged a relationship with Publix Supermarkets and began to develop grocery anchored power centers in the state of Florida; with the most recent 110,000 square foot Publix located in Tallahassee.
Robert has also been involved with several hotel developments, including Red Roof Inns, and Marriott Courtyards. He also spearheaded several condominium projects; Calypso Towers, in Panama City Beach, FL and Paradise Shores in Mexico Beach, FL. At completion these projects contained nearly 1000 condo units between them as well as retail, office and restaurant facilities.
His entrepreneurial spirit brings both vision and energy to all of his endeavors with his strong leadership qualities, excellent negotiation skills, forward thinking and ability to forge strong interpersonal relationships with tenants, partners and employees.
Nicole Lippold
Director of Operations
Nicole Lippold is the newest member of the RRB Partners team from the Boston, Massachusetts area. She brings with her a wealth of business organizational leadership knowledge from her past education and career experiences.
Nicole received a Bachelor’s in Business Management in only 3 years and as a Summa Cum Laude recipient, followed by earning her Global MBA degree at Southern New Hampshire University. While excelling in the classroom, she was also competing in DII Volleyball on a full scholarship.
After relocating to Florida for a graduate internship opportunity with the Walt Disney World Company, Mrs. Lippold spent 10 years working for an event management company with her last five years working as the elected Director of Operations. During this experience she fine-tuned her skills in building strong business relationships, analyzing financial budgets, creating new sales and marketing strategies, and orchestrating contractors in large national and international events.
Nicole has an immense dedication to the details, excellent organization skills, and thrives on her intrinsic motivation to bring forth new ideas.
Eric Parrs
Vice President of Real Estate
Eric Parrs joined RRB Partners in January of 2026 as Vice President of Real Estate.
After earning his MBA from Rollins College in 2010 and his MSRE (Master of Science in Real Estate) from the University of Florida in 2011, he has worked extensively in both commercial appraisal and brokerage. Most of his career has been spent in retail real estate, focusing on the underwriting and disposition of grocery anchored shopping centers, strip centers, and single tenant net lease assets. Mr. Parrs has a B.A. in political science from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. eric@rrbpartners.com
